These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Trecsa Technologies at pay.trecsa.in, operated by Trecsa Technologies ("we", "us", "Merchant"). By initiating a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Trecsa Technologies is a secure payment bridge that allows authorised WhatsApp CRM customers to purchase prepaid messaging wallet credits. We facilitate payment collection through Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Razorpay"), an RBI-authorised payment aggregator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to make payments on behalf of your organisation. Payment links are time-limited and must be opened from your CRM wallet — do not share links with third parties.

3. Pricing and taxes

The payable amount shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and payment processing as configured for your workspace. Wallet credit amount and total charge are displayed before you confirm payment.

Messaging wallet credits are prepaid digital services delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use this service for unlawful transactions, money laundering, fraud, or any purpose prohibited by Indian law or Razorpay's acceptable use policies.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or your CRM provider. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute, subject to applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
