These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Trecsa Website & Application Services at pay.trecsa.in, operated by Trecsa Technologies ("we", "us", "Merchant"). By initiating a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Trecsa Website & Application Services at pay.trecsa.in is operated by Trecsa Technologies. We collect payments for website development, application development, hosting, and related digital services through Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Razorpay"), an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Payments are for Trecsa Technologies professional and digital services — not for unrelated third-party products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to make payments on behalf of your organisation. Payment links are time-limited and issued by Trecsa — do not share links with third parties.

3. Pricing and taxes

The payable amount shown at checkout is the service amount quoted on your invoice or payment link, including applicable taxes and payment processing as displayed. Service description and total charge are shown before you confirm payment.

4. Payment processing

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card/UPI/netbanking details are collected on Razorpay's secure checkout.
• We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
• Successful payments settle the quoted website or application service amount with Trecsa Technologies.

5. Website and application services

Payments are for website development, web applications, custom software, hosting, and related digital services provided by Trecsa Technologies. Scope of work is as agreed in your invoice, proposal, or application. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use this service for unlawful transactions, money laundering, fraud, or any purpose prohibited by Indian law or Razorpay's acceptable use policies.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or third-party hosting providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute, subject to applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
