Trecsa Technologies ("we") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect on pay.trecsa.in, why we collect it, and how it is used — in compliance with applicable Indian data protection requirements and Razorpay merchant guidelines.

1. Data we collect

• Payment session data: organisation name, credit amount, return URL, and a signed session token when you are redirected from your CRM.
• Transaction records: Razorpay order ID, payment ID, amount, timestamp, and status after payment.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and server logs for security and fraud prevention.

2. Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials. These are entered directly on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout.

3. Purpose of processing

• Process wallet top-up payments and credit your CRM account
• Verify payment authenticity and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal, tax, and audit requirements
• Respond to customer support and grievance requests

4. Sharing with third parties

We share payment data with:

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay Privacy Policy)
• Your CRM provider — to credit your wallet after successful payment
• Authorities — when required by law or court order

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Retention

Transaction records are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and RBI regulations (typically 8–10 years for financial records).

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, signed payment tokens, HMAC verification, and server-side secret management. Access to production systems is restricted.
